1- ORDER PROCESSING TIME :

Your order will start processing 2 days after it is placed.

2- ORDER SHIPPING TIME :

It takes 5 days for the order to be shipped. You will receive your order in about 7-10 working days. Tailor-made or custom orders, as well as back orders, may take about 3-4 weeks. Delivery time may vary according to your location.

3- TRACK YOUR ORDER :

You will receive an email containing the tracking number of your order after shipping. You can track your order by tracking number. The tracking number active for 24 hours.

4- RETURN & EXCHANGE :

If you receive your order in a damaged condition or receive a wrong product, you can exchange the order within 30 days. All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk. If the order is damaged after delivery, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Only items with defects will be eligible for exchange.

5- SHIPPING WAY :

We offer worldwide express shipping via DHL and FedEx. International orders typically ship within 3 to 5 business days. For the fastest delivery, choose our FedEx or DHL worldwide express option, which usually delivers within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times provided by FedEx and DHL are estimates. Delays can happen. You may be asked to pay import duties or customs taxes upon delivery in your country or territory. These charges are not within our control and vary by location. If a shipment is rejected due to customs clearance charges, you will be responsible for any fees incurred during the process.
